More than a gym...a community of strength

Power Pump is a 50-60 minute total body workout designed to build strength, agility, core stability, and overall functional fitness. You’ll move through a mix of compound and isolation exercises using suspension trainers, kettlebells, dumbbells, barbells, BOSU, ropes, medicine balls, and select machines.

Intensity: Moderate to high
Best for: Anyone who wants to get stronger, improve balance and coordination, and feel more powerful in everyday life.

Gym membership not required to attend classes. 
 

Class schedule: 

     MWF - 6am

     MW - 5:30pm

     Sat - 8:30am

Non-members: $80 per 4 weeks
Members: $40 per 4 weeks
Drop in per class : $8 non-member
