Power Pump
Power Pump is a moderate to high intensity total body workout designed to build strength, agility, core stability, and overall functional fitness. You’ll move through a mix of compound and isolation exercises using suspension trainers, kettlebells, dumbbells, barbells, BOSU, ropes, medicine balls, and select machines.

MWF - 6am
MW - 5:30pm
Sat - 8:30am

This morning yoga class will get you moving gently first thing. We will move our joints, work our muscles, practice balance and come back to earth open and ready for the day. Traci brings w warm, consent-aware approach to movement that meets you exactly where you are. Bring your mat if you have one.

Strong Foundations
Strong Foundations is a low to moderate intensity class. You'll get full body strength training with added core work, balance, and stretching. Perfect for beginners, those returning to fitness or anyone looking for a supportive and effective workout environment.
